Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the frbux website (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. No Affiliation with Roblox
frbux is an independent, third-party service. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Roblox website can be found at https://www.roblox.com.

The name Roblox as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

2. User Responsibility for Payout Information
To receive rewards from our Service, you must provide specific information related to your Roblox account. You, the user, are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. This includes, but is not limited to:

Your correct Roblox User ID.
A correctly configured public Game Pass for the transaction.
3. Payout and Refund Policy
Once a reward (Robux) has been successfully dispatched and sent to the Roblox User ID and Game Pass that you have provided, the transaction is considered final and irreversible.

Important: frbux will not, under any circumstances, provide compensation, credit, or a refund to your account balance if a reward has been sent to an incorrect User ID or Game Pass due to user-provided error. Please double-check your information carefully before submitting a withdrawal request.

4. Source of Rewards
frbux affirms that all Robux and gift cards distributed as rewards through our Service are procured from legitimate and compliant sources. We purchase these items with our own funds through official channels and reputable third-party suppliers, such as CoinGate, ensuring all rewards are legally and ethically sourced.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account for the purpose of accumulating rewards or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. Each individual is permitted to operate a single account only.
Automated Access: You shall not use any automated means, including but not limited to scripts, bots, spiders, or crawlers, to access, monitor, or interact with our Service for any reason. Any automated use of the Service is a violation of these Terms.
VPNs and Proxies: The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other tools designed to obscure or alter your true IP address or geographical location is strictly prohibited. Accessing the Service through such means may result in the immediate termination of your account.
Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to compromise the integrity of our Service, including but not limited to hacking, injecting malicious code, or tampering with website content, is a severe violation of these Terms. Such actions are illegal under the laws of most countries, and we reserve the right to pursue full legal action against any individual or group responsible.
Violation of these conditions may lead to the immediate suspension or termination of your account(s) and forfeiture of any accumulated balance.

6. Service Maintenance and Downtime
Scheduled Maintenance: frbux periodically schedules downtime for maintenance and upgrades to our Service. We will make a reasonable effort to provide advance notice of such maintenance. You acknowledge that during these maintenance periods, the Service may be temporarily unavailable. frbux shall not be held liable for any loss of earnings or rewards that are not credited to your account during scheduled maintenance.

Sudden Service Interruption: In the event of an unexpected system failure or emergency downtime, frbux will work to restore the Service as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any earnings that are not credited to your account due to such sudden interruptions. If you believe your account was affected by an unscheduled outage, please contact our support team to request a review for the potential recovery of your earnings.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.
